AQUA-FLEX Ink 식품포장재 인쇄용 수성 플렉소 잉크로 유기용매 없이 100% 물로 구성되어 인화성이 없으며, 인쇄성과 재용해성이 우수한 친환경 수성 잉크 입니다.

AQUA-FLEX is water-based flexographic printing ink for food packaging. It is composed of 100% water without organic solvents so that it is non-flammable, eco-friendly ink with excellent printability and re-solubility.

AQUA-FLEX는 고농도 설계가 되어있어 고선수 인쇄가 가능하며 인쇄성 개선 및 도포량을 최소화하여 느린 건조 속도를 극복하였습니다. 그리고 100% 물로만 개발되어 휘발성 유증기가 없어 친환경성 확보와 탄소배출량이 저감되는 효과가 있습니다. 또한 ISO 9001품질관리 시스템을 통하여 편차 없이 일정한 품질의 제품이 생산 가능하며 최근 2년간 국내 Major업체 라인테스트를 통해 국내 설비 및 해외 설비 등 다양한 설비에 최적화 활동을 진행하였고 외산 대비 T-Die 및 무용제 드라이의 후가공이 우수합니다. 그리고 각종 접착제에 종류별 다양한 검증을 완료하였습니다.
AQUA-FLEX is designed with high concentration so that high LPI plate printing is workable. it overcomes slow drying speed by improving printability and minimizing the amount of application.
