○ 일반적인 고평량 원지 대비 섬유의 피브릴화, 전분 도피량 증가 등을 통해 획기적으로 강도를 증가시킨 특수 강화 원지 개발 및 적용
○ 고중량 제품에 일반적으로 사용하는 기존 DW 골판지 박스를 SW골판지 박스로 개선하여 종이사용량을 줄임과 동시에 박스 강도는
강화함
○ 박스 포장 공정에서의 불량률 감소뿐만 아니라 적재, 유통 시의 유통안전성을 대폭 강화한 골판지 박스

- 250gsm 원지 대비 압축강도 64.3%, 파열강도 36.7% 향상됨
○ DW 골판지 박스를 대체할 수 있는 SW 골판지 박스
- 특수 강화 원지 적용으로 DW→SW 변경 시 강도는 강화하면서 종이사용량은 저감 가능
○ 포장재 기능성 향상
- 특수 강화 원지 적용을 통한 박스 강도 향상으로 박스 포장, 적재 및 유통, 운반 등 전 과정에 있어 포장재로서의 기능성(보호성,
생산성, 경제성 등)이 향상됨
